Roster structure and unlock conditions

Each of the six Story Mode factions fields a roster of named knights and generals. Roster unlocks follow the Story Mode campaign arc: starting knights are usable from turn one, while higher-tier knights and generals unlock as the player progresses through the campaign. Mission Mode uses the same rosters across the 24 nations. Named faction leaders are documented on the faction-leader index.
